General clause. 1. The visa facilitations provided in this Agreement shall apply to citizens of the Union and of the Republic of Azerbaijan only insofar as they are not exempted from the visa requirement by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, of the Union or the Member States, this Agreement or other international Agreements.
2. The national law of the Republic of Azerbaijan or of the Member States or Union law shall apply to issues not covered by the provisions of this Agreement, such as the refusal to issue a visa, recognition of travel documents, proof of sufficient means of subsistence and the refusal of entry and expulsion measures.
General clause. 1. The visa facilitations provided in this Agreement shall apply to citizens of the Russian Federation and of the European Union only insofar as they are not exempted from the visa requirement by the laws and regulations of the Community, the Member States, or of the Russian Federation, the present agreement or other international agreements.
2. The national law of the Russian Federation, or of the Member States or Community law shall apply to issues not covered by the provisions of this Agreement, such as the refusal to issue a visa, recognition of travel documents, proof of sufficient means of subsistence and the refusal of entry and expulsion measures.
General clause. 1. The visa facilitations provided in this Agreement shall apply to citizens of Ukraine only insofar as they are not exempted from the visa requirement by the laws and regulations of the Community or the Member States, the present agreement or other international agreements.
2. The national law of Ukraine, or of the Member States or Community law shall apply to issues not covered by the provisions of this Agreement, such as the refusal to issue a visa, recognition of travel documents, proof of sufficient means of subsistence and the refusal of entry and expulsion measures.
General clause. Food must not be consumed in other than designated areas.
General clause. 1. The visa facilitations provided in this Agreement shall apply to citizens of Armenia only insofar as they are not exempted from the visa requirement by the laws and regulations of the Union or the Member States, this Agreement or other international agreements.
2. The national law of Armenia or of the Member States or the Union law shall apply to issues not covered by the provisions of this Agreement, such as the refusal to issue a visa, recognition of travel documents, proof of sufficient means of subsistence and the refusal of entry and expulsion measures.
General clause. The Customer acknowledges and agrees to certain operating constraints required by the Company so that its Facility does not adversely affect the Company’s electric power system or the quality of power delivered by it.
General clause. This Agreement embodies the entire Agreement of THE PARTIES with respect to the subject matter hereof. Any previous understanding, correspondence or Agreement, verbal or otherwise, between THE PARTIES is of no effect, for the amendments or modifications shall be made only in writing, specifically referring to this Agreement and signed by THE PARTIES. In the event of dispute between THE PARTIES, THE PARTY prevailing shall recover from THE OTHER PARTY reasonable attorney fees and costs.
General clause. 1. The visa facilitations provided in this Agreement shall apply to citizens of Georgia only insofar as they are not exempted from the visa requirement by the laws and regulations of the Union or the Member States, this Agreement or other international agreements.
2. The national law of Georgia or of the Member States or Union law shall apply to issues not covered by this Agreement, such as the refusal to issue a visa, recognition of travel documents, proof of sufficient means of subsistence and the refusal of entry and expulsion measures.
General clause. 38.01 Where the masculine is used in this Agreement, it is understood that the reference shall include the feminine, and vice versa.
38.02 The Company and the Union or their respective appointees agree to meet no less than twice a year to discuss matters of mutual concern other than grievances. Amendments required to this Agreement during its term shall be the subject of negotiations between the parties.
38.03 The Company and the Union agree to supply a copy of this Agreement to each employee of the Company affected thereby.
38.04 The Company agrees to provide a full day’s pay to any employee suffering a WCB- approved (compensable) sickness or injury that requires absence during the first working day for medical or hospital attention. To be eligible for this pay, the employee must report to their supervisor or to the first aid attendant before leaving the workplace and must submit evidence of treatment upon returning to work.
38.05 The Company shall provide employees with all equipment required to carry out their work. No employee shall be required to provide this equipment.
38.06 The Company and the Union agree to work cooperatively to provide a harassment free workplace policy and the necessary training.
38.07 Employees with one (1) month seniority or more shall be supplied their own covers (“foamies”) for use with headsets. These “foamies” shall be replaced by the Company, as necessary, when they become worn out or are otherwise damaged, provided that the employee returns the worn out or damaged “foamie” at the time of such replacement.
General clause. 1. The measures to facilitate the issue of visas set out in this Agreement shall apply to citizens of Cape Verde and of the Union only in so far as they are not exempt from visa requirements under the laws and regulations of the Union or its Member States or of Cape Verde, or under the present Agreement or other international agreements.
2. The national law of Cape Verde and of the Member States or the law of the Union shall apply to matters not covered by the provisions of this Agreement, such as refusal to issue a visa, recognition of travel documents, proof of sufficient means of subsistence, refusal of entry and expulsion measures.
