SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term and in consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one (£1.00) pound sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).
SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. 2.1. The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Call Off Contracts by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Framework Period.
2.2. In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one pound (£1.00) pounds sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).
2.3. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that in entering into this Framework Agreement no form of exclusivity has been conferred on, or volume or value guarantee granted by the Authority and/or Other Contracting Bodies in relation to the provision of the Services by the Supplier and that the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies are at all times entitled to enter into other contracts and agreements with other suppliers for the provision of any or all services which are the same as or similar to the Services.
2.4. In the event that any Other Contracting Body makes an approach to the Supplier with a request for the supply of Equivalent Services, the Supplier shall promptly and in any event within five (5) Working Days of the request by the Other Contracting Body, and before any supply of Equivalent Services is made, inform such Other Contracting Body of the existence of this Framework and its ability to award Call Off Contracts for Services pursuant to it.
SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. The Authority appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Available Goods and Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Call Off Agreements for such Available Goods and Services by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term.
SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. 3.1 The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of the Panel Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Legal Services Contracts by the Authority and Panel Customers during the Panel Period.
3.2 In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Panel Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Panel Agreement the sum of one pound (£1.00) sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).
3.3 Where the Supplier is more than one firm or organisation acting as a Group of Economic Operators, each firm or organisation that is a member of the Group of Economic Operators shall be jointly and severally liable for performance of the Supplier’s obligations under this Panel Agreement.
3.4 Each firm or organisation that is a member of the Group of Economic Operators shall provide their respective services at the same high quality as the rest of the group or the lead operator. Each firm or organisation shall ensure they are fully conversant with the Statement of Requirements and the respective project set out in any Legal Services Contract.
3.5 The Group of Economic Operators shall at all times work in a unified and cohesive manner to provide the Ordered Panel Services to the Panel Customers under any Legal Services Contract.
SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. 4.1 The Authority hereby appoints the Supplier as a potential provider of, and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for, the Services by Contracting Bodies during the Term and in consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of five (£5.00) pounds sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).
4.2 Where the Supplier is more than one firm acting as a consortium, each firm that is a member of the consortium shall be jointly and severally liable for performance of the Supplier‟s obligations under this Framework Agreement.
4.3 Where a Contracting Body specifies that the award of a Call-Off Agreement shall be conditional upon receipt of a deed of guarantee from an acceptable guarantor, the Supplier shall deliver to the Customer an executed deed of guarantee from a guarantor acceptable to the Contracting Body substantially in the form set out in Framework Schedule 13 (Guarantee) as a condition precedent to the award of that Call-Off Agreement or, if the Contracting Body shall so specify in the relevant Letter of Appointment, prior to the date specified in the Letter of Appointment as a condition precedent to commencement of the Call-Off Agreement.

The Authority appoints the Supplier as a potential Supplier of the Services referred to in the DAPA Framework Specification and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders for such Services by the Authority and Other Contracting Bodies during the Term.

2.2 In consideration of the Supplier agreeing to enter into this Framework Agreement and to perform its obligations under it the Authority agrees to pay and the Supplier agrees to accept on the signing of this Framework Agreement the sum of one pound (£1.00) sterling (receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by the Supplier).
SUPPLIER'S APPOINTMENT. The Authority appoints the Supplier as a potential supplier of the Goods and Services and the Supplier shall be eligible to be considered for the award of Orders during the Term. In consideration of the Authority agreeing to appoint the Supplier to this Framework Agreement in accordance with Clause 13.1 of this Schedule 2 and the mutual exchange of promises and obligations under this Framework Agreement, the Supplier undertakes to supply the Goods and to provide the Services under Orders placed with the Supplier: of the exact quality, type and as otherwise specified in the Specification and Tender Response Document; at the Contract Price calculated in accordance with the Commercial Schedule; and in such quantities and to such extent and at such times and at such locations as may be specified in an Order. The Supplier agrees that the Call-Off Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and the Provision of Services shall apply to all Goods and Services provided by the Supplier to a Participating Authority pursuant to this Framework Agreement. The Supplier agrees that it will not in its dealings with a Participating Authority seek to impose or rely on any other contractual terms which in any way vary or contradict the relevant Contract. The Supplier shall comply fully with its obligations set out in this Framework Agreement, the Specification and Tender Response Document, the Call-off Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods and the Provision of Services and any other provisions of Contracts entered into under and in accordance with this Framework Agreement (to include, without limitation, the KPIs and all obligations in relation to the quality, performance characteristics, supply, delivery and installation and training in relation to use of the Goods). If there are any quality, performance and/or safety related reports, notices, alerts or other communications issued by the Supplier or any regulatory or other body in relation to the Goods, the Supplier shall promptly provide the Authority with a copy of any such reports, notices, alerts or other communications. Upon receipt of any such reports, notices, alerts or other communications pursuant to Clause 1.5 of this Schedule 2, the Authority shall be entitled to request further information from the Supplier and/or a meeting with the Supplier, and the Supplier shall cooperate fully with any such request.
