Any notice required to be given herein or any other communication required by this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be personally delivered, sent by facsimile or e- mail, or posted by prepaid registered mail to the addresses shown in Article 5, Execution, or such other address as may be designated by a Notice given by any party to the other.
