Seventh Day. For work Performed on the Seventh Day worked in the Work Week as Defined in Section 5.02: (a) First Eight Hours: The minimum hourly rate shall be two (2) times the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate for the first eight (8) hours. (b) Time in Excess of Eight Hours: Pay for hours worked after eight (8) hours shall be paid at the rate of three (3) times the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate.

Seventh Day. A Seventh Day is any seventh (7th) consecutive day worked, regardless of the scheduled work week, and shall be paid at double-time (2X) for the first eight (8) hours worked, and triple-time (3X) for all hours worked thereafter.
Seventh Day. All overtime hours worked on the seventh (7th) day of the unit member’s work week shall be compensated at double (2x) the regular rate of pay.

Seventh Day. If an employee actually works seven consecutive days in a plant workweek, the employee shall be compensated at a rate of two and half times his regular straight time hourly rate. In order to be eligible for this premium the employee must have worked seven consecutive days in the workweek unless excused on their regularly scheduled workdays for bereavement leave, jury duty, a floating holiday or by plant management for other unavoidable absences.
