Seventh Day. For work Performed on the Seventh Day worked in the Work Week as Defined in Section 5.02:
(a) First Eight Hours: The minimum hourly rate shall be two (2) times the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate for the first eight (8) hours.
(b) Time in Excess of Eight Hours: Pay for hours worked after eight (8) hours shall be paid at the rate of three (3) times the Employee’s straight time contracted hourly rate.
Seventh Day. A Seventh Day is any seventh (7th) consecutive day worked, regardless of the scheduled work week, and shall be paid at double-time (2X) for the first eight (8) hours worked, and triple-time (3X) for all hours worked thereafter.
Seventh Day. All overtime hours worked on the seventh (7th) day of the unit member’s work week shall be compensated at double (2x) the regular rate of pay.
Seventh Day. Overtime at the rate of two (2) times the regular rate of pay shall be paid for all work performed on the seventh consecutive day worked in the normal workweek. Temporary changes in the permanent work schedules will not be made for the purpose of avoiding overtime payment.
Seventh Day. For all work on a seventh consecutive day on the same production, employees shall be paid one and one-half (1½) times their regular daily rate. There shall be no layoffs or other reductions solely to avoid 7th days.
Seventh Day. Hours worked on a 7th day during a seven (7) calendar-day period shall be compensated at the rate of 2 times the employee's hourly rate. This subdivision shall not apply to building and boiler checks assigned in accordance with Section 5 of this Article.
Seventh Day. All work performed on the seventh day of a work week schedule shall be paid double time the employee's regular hourly rate of pay.
Seventh Day. An employee working on and seventh day of work week shall be paid at the rate of and one-half. This shall not when the employee changes starting time In the course of Days on which absences occur for reasons herein shall be regarded as days worked for the purpose of the compu- xxxxxx of the sixth and seventh day. The following shall be regarded as justifiable reasons:
Seventh Day. Employees working seven (7) consecutive days in a payroll week will be paid double (2) times the regular rate of pay for all hours worked on the seventh (7th) day. To include a day for the seventh (7th) day pay computation, a twelve (12) hour shift employee must work six (6) or more consecutive hours or and eight (8) hour shift employee must work four (4) or more consecutive hours in each of the six (6) preceding days, unless any of such days include hours considered as worked as referred to in Paragraphs 9.10, 9.11.
Seventh Day. If an employee actually works seven consecutive days in a plant workweek, the employee shall be compensated at a rate of two and half times his regular straight time hourly rate. In order to be eligible for this premium the employee must have worked seven consecutive days in the workweek unless excused on their regularly scheduled workdays for bereavement leave, jury duty, a floating holiday or by plant management for other unavoidable absences.
