Prior to the Company entering into any agreement or arrangement to use Outside Entities to perform Bargaining Unit Work, the Company will provide written notice to the Bargaining Unit Work Committee in sufficient time to permit a final determination, using the Expedited Procedure, of whether or not the proposed use of Outside Entities is permitted. In all cases other than emergencies (where the notice shall be provided as soon as practicable) and day-to-day maintenance and repair, such notice will be provided in sufficient time to permit a final determination, using the Expedited Procedure, of whether or not the proposed use of Outside Entities is permitted.
