Notice and Termination Rights. 4.11 Each of the Parties shall inform the other Parties in writing within two (2) Business Days of becoming aware of (i) the satisfaction of any Condition, or (ii) any circumstances that have arisen and could result in any of the Conditions not being satisfied prior to the Long Stop Time, together with details of the relevant circumstances that will or is likely to result in a failure to satisfy any Condition.
