Common use of Notice and Timing Clause in Contracts

Notice and Timing. The Recipient and the Province, on its own behalf or that of Canada, may request Joint Communications. The Party requesting the Joint Communications will provide at least 15 Business Days’ notice to the other Party. If the Communications Activity is an event, it will take place at a date and location mutually agreed to by the Parties and, if applicable, Canada.
