Common use of Notice and Timing Clause in Contracts

Notice and Timing. Any notice of termination shall take effect at the end of the last day of the then-current school year unless otherwise specified herein or agreed to by the Parties. Notice of termination must be made in writing and delivered to the addresses set forth herein no later than January 15 of the then-current school year and shall list the reason(s) for termination. Early termination will not relieve the School of any obligations to pay fees and costs, whether accrued, pending or outstanding, to Manager.
