Common use of Notice, Application Clause in Contracts

Notice, Application. The notice given of any prepayment shall specify the date and amount of the prepayment. If the notice of prepayment is given, the Company shall make such prepayment and the prepayment amount specified in such notice shall be due and payable on the date specified therein, with accrued interest to such date. Each prepayment by or on behalf of the Company hereunder shall, unless a specific determination is made by the Lender with respect thereto, be applied (i) first, to accrued and unpaid interest due the Lender, and (ii) second, to principal due the Lender.
