Common use of Notice, Application Clause in Contracts

Notice, Application. The Agent shall have received (with a copy for each Lender) (i) a Notice of Borrowing (or equivalent notice pursuant to Section 2.03(b) with respect to Swing Line Loans), (ii) in the case of a conversion or continuation under Section 2.04, a Notice of Conversion/Continuation, or (iii) in the case of any Issuance or amendment of any Letter of Credit, the Issuing Bank and the Agent shall have received a L/C Application or L/C Amendment Application, as required under Section 3.02;
