NOTICE BEFORE PAYMENT. The Trustee shall give not less than 14 days’ notice to the Debenture Holder(s)/Beneficial Owners(s) under Clauses 8.2 and 8.3 hereof and after the day so fixed, the Debenture Holder(s)/Beneficial Owners(s) of each outstanding Debenture shall be entitled to interest on the balance only (if any) of the principal moneys due on such Debentures held by them after deducting the amount (if any) payable in respect of the principal thereof on the day so fixed.
