Notice by the Tenant. The Tenant shall when it becomes aware of same notify the Landlord by Notice of any damage to or deficiency or defect in any part of the Complex, including the Leased Premises, any equipment or utility systems or any installations located therein notwithstanding the fact that the Landlord may have no obligations with respect to same.
