Notice by United. United will give written notice to Facility within 10 days after any event that causes United to be out of compliance with section 5.2 or 5.3 of this Agreement, or of any change in United’s name, ownership, control, or Taxpayer Identification Number. This section does not apply to changes of ownership or control that result in United being owned or controlled by an entity with which it was already affiliated prior to the change.
