Notice Concerning Radon Gas. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that, when it has accumulated in a structure in sufficient quantities, may present health risks to persons who are exposed to it. Levels of radon that exceed Federal and State guidelines have been found in buildings in the State of Florida. Additional information regarding radon and radon testing may be obtained from the county public health unit. Landlord makes no representation to Tenant concerning the presence or absence of radon gas in the Premises or the Building at any time or in any quantity. By executing this Lease, Tenant expressly releases Landlord from any loss, claim, liability, or damage now or hereafter arising from or relating to the presence at any time of such substances in the Premises or the Building.
