Jurisdiction and Codes. All design and construction performed by Tenant shall conform to the Specifications set forth in this Schedule 1 and shall comply with applicable statutes, ordinances, regulations, laws and codes including, without limitation, the foregoing: The National Electric Code; The Guide of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers; requirements of Landlord's fire insurance underwriter; and all applicable state building and safety codes, orders and ordinances.

Sec. 4151, et. seq.), the Fair Housing Amendment Act of 1988 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 3601, et. seq.), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. Sec. 12101 et seq.), and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. Sec. 794); requirements of Landlord’s fire insurance underwriter; City of Palm Beach Gardens requirements pertaining to service and utilities furnished by the City; Florida Power & Light Company and Southern Xxxx Telephone Company requirements; and all applicable State and Local Building and Safety Codes, Orders and Ordinances. Tenant and Tenant’s Architect shall each have total responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state and local building and safety codes, orders and ordinances for Tenant’s occupancy type and each shall have total responsibility for the adequacy and safety of the design of the Demised Premises. If required by Landlord, Tenant shall obtain all necessary approvals and permits.
