Notice for Resignation. In the event Employee voluntarily resigns his/her position with City, then Employee shall give City thirty (30) calendar days’ notice in advance, unless the Parties otherwise agree. Upon voluntary resignation, Employee shall be entitled to accrued and unused annual leave, if any, as provided for in the Executive Group Employee Resolution, paid in one lump sum, but not to the Severance Payment described in Section 3.4.4 above.
