Notice of Accidents, Damage, Malfunction. During the Term, you must give VIU prompt written notice of any accidents, damage or malfunctions of any kind to the Room or its furnishing, fixtures and equipment. All repairs to VIU property or equipment must be made by VIU and residents are not permitted to make such repairs.
