Common use of Notice of Acquisitions Clause in Contracts

Notice of Acquisitions. The Stockholder agrees to notify Parent as promptly as practicable (and in any event within 24 hours after receipt) orally and in writing of the number of any additional shares of Company Common Stock or other securities of the Company of which such Stockholder acquires Beneficial Ownership on or after the date hereof.

Notice of Acquisitions. The Stockholder agrees to or the Company shall notify Parent as promptly as practicable (and in any event within 24 48 hours after receipt) orally and in writing of (i) the number of any additional shares of Company Common Stock or Company Preferred Stock, Bridge Loan Notes or other securities of the Company of which such the Stockholder acquires Beneficial Ownership on or after the date hereof.

The Each Stockholder agrees to notify Parent as promptly as practicable (and in any event within 24 hours after receipt) orally and in writing of the number of any additional shares of Company Common Stock or Preferred Stock or other securities of the Company of which such Stockholder acquires Beneficial Ownership on or after the date hereof.
