Common use of Notice of Advance to the Finance Parties Clause in Contracts

Notice of Advance to the Finance Parties. Upon receipt of any Draw Request, Conversion Request or Repayment Notice, the Administrative Agent shall promptly notify each Finance Party of the receipt of such request or notice and of the Rateable Share of the requested Advance of such Lender or of the contemplated repayment, as the case may be.
