Notice of Agent’s Interest. In the event that the SPV shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable or any other financial assets (other than as contemplated by the Transaction Documents), any computer tapes or files or other documents or instruments provided by the Servicer in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the SPV’s ownership of the Receivables and the Agent’s interest therein.
Notice of Agent’s Interest. The Collection Agent shall cause its master data processing records, computer tapes, files and other documents or instruments provided to, developed by or otherwise maintained by the Collection Agent in connection with any Transfer or otherwise for purposes of the transactions contemplated in this Agreement to disclose conspicuously the Transferor’s ownership of the Receivables and the Agent’s interest therein.
Notice of Agent’s Interest. In the event that any Originator shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable or any other financial assets (other than as contemplated by the Transaction Documents), any computer tapes or files or other documents or instruments provided by such Originator in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the SPV’s ownership of the Conveyed Receivables and the Agent’s interest therein.

In the event that the Seller shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable or any other financial assets (other than as contemplated by the Transaction Documents), any computer tapes or files or other documents or instruments provided by the Servicer in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the Purchaser’s ownership of the Receivables and the Agent’s interest therein.
Notice of Agent’s Interest. In the event that any Originator shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable or any other financial assets relating to any Receivable, any Contract or any related other Affected Asset (other than as contemplated by the Transaction Documents), any computer tapes or files or other documents or instruments provided in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the Purchaser’s ownership of the Receivables and the related other Affected Assets and the Agent’s and the other Secured Parties’ interest therein.

In the event that either Pledgor or the Seller shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable, any computer tapes or files or other documents or instruments provided by the Master Servicer in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the Pledgors' ownership of the Receivables and the Agent's interest therein.

In the event that the Servicer shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable or any other financial assets relating to any Receivable, any Contract or any other Affected Asset (other than as contemplated by the Transaction Documents), any computer tapes or files or other documents or instruments provided by the Servicer in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the Purchaser’s ownership of the Receivables and the other Affected Assets and the Agent’s and the Secured Parties’ interest therein.

In the event that the SPV or the Originator shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable or any other financial assets (other than as contemplated by the Transaction Documents), any computer tapes or files or other documents or instruments provided by the Servicer in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the SPV's ownership of the Pool Receivables and the Agent's interest therein.
Notice of Agent’s Interest. In the event United Receivables I shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable or any other financial assets related to such accounts receivable (other than as contemplated by the Transaction Documents), any computer tapes or files or other documents or instruments provided by United Receivables I in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the Agent’s ownership of the Receivables and other Transferred Assets and the Agent’s interest therein (as an assignee of the Purchaser).
Notice of Agent’s Interest. In the event that the Transferor or the Parent shall sell or otherwise transfer any interest in accounts receivable originated by the Originator Subsidiaries, any computer tapes or other documents or instruments provided by the Servicer in connection with any such sale or transfer shall disclose the Transferor's ownership of the Receivables and the Agent's interest therein.
