Agreement to Disclose. Information During an Investigation Pursuant to the authority of N.J.S.A. 2A:4A-60e, the (law enforcement agency) and/or the County Prosecutor’s Office agree(s) to notify verbally the principal of the school at which the juvenile is enrolled where the juvenile is under investigation or has been taken into custody but has not been formally charged with the commission of any act that would constitute an offense if committed by an adult, provided that the (law enforcement agency) or the County Prosecutor’s Office determines that the information may be useful in maintaining order, safety, or discipline in the school or in planning programs relevant to the juvenile’s educational and social development, and further provided that the sharing of information will not interfere with or jeopardize an ongoing investigation or prosecution of any person. It is understood and agreed that the information provided pursuant to this paragraph shall be provided orally rather than in writing, will be kept confidential, shall not be maintained by the school as part of the juvenile’s student records, and shall be used only in accordance with the provisions of
Agreement to Disclose. The Parents shall disclose or cause to be disclosed to the Partnership, the Project Companies and to each other and their respective Affiliates all information which in the collective judgment of the Parents is required for fulfillment of the business purpose of the Partnership and the Project Companies.
Agreement to Disclose. (a) The Executive agrees to disclose in writing to the Company or its designee promptly and fully all works and property related to the Business of the Company, including but not limited to all intellectual properties, ideas, inventions, discoveries, concepts, computer systems or programs, works, techniques, programs or any components or associated products thereof and all hardware and software inventions, products, improvements, innovations, discoveries and writings which are made, conceived, reduced to practice, developed, written, contributed to or prepared by the Executive during, or related in any manner whatsoever to, his employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates following the date hereof or which result from or are suggested by any work the Executive may do in connection with his employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates following the date hereof, whether or not patentable or copyrightable and whether made solely by the Executive or jointly with others, all of such works and property being hereinafter referred to in this Agreement as "Works and Property." The Executive acknowledges that he does not claim any interest in Works and Property (defined for purposes of this sentence to include matters arising at any time during his employment by the Company).
(b) If the Executive includes in any written disclosure required by Section 7(a) a request that ownership of any Works and Property be transferred to him, the Company or the relevant Affiliate shall promptly determine, in its sole discretion, whether it elects to transfer its ownership of such Works and Property to the Executive and the terms and conditions, if any, of such transfer. If the Company or the relevant Affiliate elects in writing to transfer its ownership of any such Works and Property to the Executive and if the Executive complies with any terms and conditions specified by the Company or the relevant Affiliate in connection with such transfer, the Executive shall thereafter have all right, title and interest to such transferred Works and Property.
(c) In the event that the Executive fails to disclose to the Company or the relevant Affiliate in writing any Works and Property, the Company or the relevant Affiliate shall retain complete right, title and interest in Works and Property as specified in Section 8(a).
Agreement to Disclose. 7.1.1 Subject to subclause 9.2 below, a Party must not, without the prior written consent of the other Party and which may impose any conditions or restrictions it considers appropriate, disclose any Confidential Information of the other Party to a third Party.
7.1.2 The Organisation will ensure that any person engaged by the Organisation requiring access to any Confidential Information signs an Undertaking of Confidentiality as provided at Schedule 3 of this Agreement agreeing not to disclose to a third Party Confidential Information except in performing their duties under the Agreement.
Agreement to Disclose. The information provided above is a complete and accurate statement of any physical and psychological conditions which may affect my participation in this trip. I realize that failure to disclose such information could result in serious harm to me and to other guests. I agree to inform West Coast Expeditions should there be any change in my health status during or prior to the start of the trip. On the basis of the background information that I have provided, and what I know or suspect about my physical and psychological health, I am fully capable of participating in this wilderness adventure trip.
