The written notice by the Owner to the Successful Bidder stating that upon timely compliance by the Successful Bidder with the conditions precedent listed therein, the Owner will sign and deliver the Contract. The Construction Preparation Period begins on the Effective Date of the Contract. (See Section 2, Part 1.)
