Common use of Notice of Appeal Clause in Contracts

Notice of Appeal. (1) Where any person is aggrieved by a decision of the Corporation or its officers or agents in respect of a dispute arising out of the adjustment of losses, that person may, within 30 days from the final coverage date for a contract of insurance or within 30 days of the date of a written decision, whichever is later, appeal to the Board by serving written notice of the appeal on the Board.
