Notice of Assignment and Charge. (a) As soon as practicable after the execution of this Assignment, the Borrower shall deliver to each party to the Contracts as of the date hereof, a Notice of Assignment and if the Collateral Agent so requests the Borrower shall countersign such Notice of Assignment.
