Common use of Notice of Borrowing; Notice of Issuance Clause in Contracts

Notice of Borrowing; Notice of Issuance. (i) Prior to the making of each Loan, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 2.5. (ii) Prior to the issuance of each Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the respective Facing Agent shall have received a Notice of Issuance meeting the requirements of Section 2.9(b);

(i) Prior to the making of each Loansuch Loan and/or Letter of Credit, (i) the Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 2.5. 2.5 and (ii) Prior to the issuance of each Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the respective Facing Agent shall have received a Notice of Issuance meeting the requirements of Section 2.9(b2.10(c), as applicable;

(i) Prior to the making of each Loanany Loan and/or the issuance of any Letter of Credit (for the avoidance of doubt, other than Existing Letters of Credit), (i) the Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 2.5. 2.5 of the Amended Credit Agreement and (ii) Prior to the issuance of each Letter of Credit, the Administrative Agent and the respective Facing Agent shall have received a Notice of Issuance meeting the requirements of Section 2.9(b);2.10(c) of the Amended Credit Agreement, as applicable.
