Notice of breach of Warranties. Each of the Warrantors hereby undertakes to promptly notify the Sole Sponsor and the Sole Global Coordinator (for itself and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect.

The Company hereby undertakes to forthwith notify the Sole Sponsor and the Sole Representative (for itself and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading or breached in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect.

Each of the Warrantors hereby undertakes to promptly notify the Sole Sponsor and the Sole Global Coordinator (acting in such capacities and as the Hong Kong Underwriter) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or any significant new factors likely to affect the Hong Kong Public Offering which arises between the date of this Agreement and the Listing Date and which comes to the attention of any one of the Warrantors (as the case may be).

Each of the Warrantors hereby undertakes to forthwith notify the Joint Sponsors and the Overall Coordinators (for themselves and on behalf of the other Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading or breached in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect, or any significant new factor likely to materially and adversely affect the Global Offering which arises between the date of this Agreement and the Listing Date and which comes to the attention of any of the Warrantors (as the case may be).

Each of the Warrantors hereby undertakes to promptly notify the Joint Sponsors, the Joint Representatives and the Overall Coordinators (for themselves and on behalf of the Joint Global Coordinators and the Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate in any respect or misleading or breached or ceases to be true and accurate in any respect or becomes misleading or breached at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect.

The Issuer undertakes to forthwith notify the Subscriber in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the Closing Date or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstance which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect.

The Company hereby jointly and severally undertakes to immediately notify the Joint Sponsors in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties are untrue, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates specified in Clause 6.3 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading in any respect.
