Notice of breach of Warranties. The Company hereby undertakes to forthwith notify the Sole Sponsor and the Sole Representative (for itself and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading or breached in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect.

The Company hereby undertakes to forthwith notify the Joint Sponsors and the Joint Global Coordinators (for themselves and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect.

Each of the Warrantors hereby undertakes to promptly notify the Sole Sponsor and the Sole Global Coordinator (for itself and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect.

Each of the Warrantors hereby undertakes to promptly notify the Sole Sponsor and the Sole Global Coordinator (acting in such capacities and as the Hong Kong Underwriter) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.2 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or any significant new factors likely to affect the Hong Kong Public Offering which arises between the date of this Agreement and the Listing Date and which comes to the attention of any one of the Warrantors (as the case may be).

Each of the Warrantors hereby jointly and severally undertakes to forthwith notify the Sole Overall Coordinator and the Joint Global Coordinators (for themselves and on behalf of the Public Offer Underwriters) in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate or misleading or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading at any time up to the last of the dates specified in Clause 8.3 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading, or breached.

Each of the Warrantors hereby undertakes to notify the Joint Sponsors and the Joint Global Coordinators (for themselves and on behalf of the Hong Kong Underwriters) in writing as soon as reasonably practicable if he/it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties are untrue, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or breached in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates and times specified in Clause 8.3 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect and any significant new factors likely to affect the Global Offering which come to the attention of the Warrantors.
Notice of breach of Warranties. The Company hereby undertakes to use all reasonable endeavours not to cause or permit any event or matter to occur or arise on or after the date hereof and up to and including the date on which dealings commence in the Rights Shares (fully paid) which, if it had occurred or arisen before the date hereof, would have rendered any of the Warranties untrue or incorrect in any material respect. The Company undertakes to notify the Underwriter immediately in writing if it comes to the knowledge of the Company at any time up to and including the date on which dealings commence in the Rights Shares (fully paid) that any of the Warranties was or may have been, when given, untrue or inaccurate in any respect or would or may be untrue or inaccurate if repeated at any time up to and including that date by reference to the facts and circumstances then subsisting and without prejudice to any other rights of the Underwriter, the Company shall forthwith consult the Underwriter with a view to agreeing what announcement or circular or other action, if any, should be made or despatched or taken. The Company shall issue such announcements or other documents and take such action as the Underwriter shall request in respect of the relevant matter.
Notice of breach of Warranties. The Issuer undertakes to forthwith notify the Subscriber in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties is untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the Closing Date or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstance which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, inaccurate or misleading in any respect.

The Company hereby jointly and severally undertakes to immediately notify the Joint Sponsors in writing if it comes to its knowledge that any of the Warranties are untrue, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading in any respect or ceases to be true and accurate or becomes misleading in any respect at any time up to the last to occur of the dates specified in Clause 6.3 or if it becomes aware of any event or circumstances which would or might cause any of the Warranties to become untrue, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading in any respect.
