Joint Global Coordinators. The Company hereby confirms and acknowledges its appointment, to the exclusion of all others, of the Joint Global Coordinators to act as the joint global coordinators to the Global Offering in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Engagement Letters, and each of the Joint Global Coordinators relying on the Warranties and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, hereby severally (and not jointly or jointly and severally) confirms and acknowledges its acceptance of such appointment.
Joint Global Coordinators. Where there is more than one global coordinator, any reference in this Agreement to the “Global Coordinator” shall be construed as set forth in Schedule 1 hereto under the sub-heading “Global Coordinator”.
Joint Global Coordinators. The Company hereby confirms and acknowledges its appointment, to the exclusion of all others, of CICC and CITI as the Joint Global Coordinators of the Global Offering, and each of CICC and CITI, relying on the Warranties and subject as hereinafter mentioned, xxxxxx confirms and acknowledges its acceptance of such appointment. For the avoidance of doubt, the appointment of the Joint Global Coordinators hereunder is in addition to their engagement under the terms and conditions of their respective engagement letters in respect of the Global Offering entered into among them and the Company, which shall continue to be in full force and effect.
Joint Global Coordinators. The Company hereby confirms and acknowledges its appointment, to the exclusion of all others, of CICC, Citi, Huatai and ABCI Capital as the joint global coordinators of the Global Offering, and each of CICC, Citi, Huatai and ABCI Capital relying on the Warranties and subject as hereinafter mentioned, hereby confirms and acknowledges its acceptance of such appointment.
Joint Global Coordinators. The Company hereby confirms and acknowledges its appointment, to the exclusion of all others, of CSCI, CMS and ZT as the Joint Global Coordinators of the Global Offering, and each of CSCI, CMS and ZT, relying on the Warranties and subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, hereby confirms and acknowledges their respective acceptance of such appointment.
Joint Global Coordinators. The Company hereby confirms and acknowledges its appointment, to the exclusion of all others, of GTJA Securities and ABCI Capital to act as the Joint Global Coordinators. Each of GTJA Securities and ABCI Capital, relying on the Warranties and subject as hereinafter mentioned, hereby confirms and acknowledges its acceptance of such appointment. For the avoidance of doubt, the appointment of the Joint Global Coordinators hereunder is in addition to their engagement under the terms of the agreements entered into between each of the Joint Global Coordinators and the Company prior to this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect, save that if any term in such agreements solely in respect of fees, costs, expenses and disbursements are inconsistent this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.
Joint Global Coordinators. Where there is more than one global coordinator, any reference in this Agreement to the “Global Coordinator” shall be construed as set forth in Schedule 1 hereto under the sub-heading “Global Coordinator”. Conflicts: Where there is any conflict between the Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement and this Agreement in relation to the roles of the joint global coordinators, the Hong Kong Underwriting Agreement will prevail.
