Notice of Breach or Change of Control. The Servicer shall immediately notify the Manager of (i) any failure or anticipated failure on its part to observe and perform any warranty, representation, covenant or agreement required to be observed and performed by it as the Servicer, and (ii) any Change of Control with respect to the Servicer.
