Notice of Cessation of Temporary Contracts. 9.9.1. Temporary employees will be provided with one months’ notice of cessation or extension to their temporary engagement. 9.9.2. Should one months’ notice of cessation or extension not be given, an employee’s temporary engagement is deemed to have ceased in accordance with the original terms of the temporary engagement, unless otherwise agreed between the employer and the employee.
