Notice of Change of Control. Promptly upon the earlier of a Party’s approving or entering into any transaction constituting a Change of Control or an announcement by such Party or any other Person of a Change of Control of such Party, such Party shall give the other Party written notice thereof, describing in reasonable detail the applicable Change of Control and identifying each Person that is a party to such transaction or transactions.
