Common use of Notice of Change or Termination Clause in Contracts

Notice of Change or Termination. ‌ Either party desiring to change or terminate this Agreement shall notify the other in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the termination date specified in Section 28.01 (Duration) of this Article. Whenever notice is given for changes, the nature of the changes desired must be specified in the notice. Until a satisfactory conclusion is reached concerning such changes, the original provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
