Common use of Notice of Closing Dates Clause in Contracts

Notice of Closing Dates. On or before the second Business Day ----------------------- prior to the Closing Date, the Charterer shall deliver to each Participant written notice of the Closing Date, which notice shall contain (a) the date of the Closing Date, (b) the amount of Owner's Cost with respect to the Vessel Interest, (c) the amount of the Investment with respect to the Vessel Interest and (d) the principal amount and purchase price of the Secured Note to be purchased by the Pass Through Trustee, as a Loan Participant, on the Closing Date; provided, however, that the funding of the Owner Participant's Investment -------- ------- or the funding of the purchase price for the Secured Note to be purchased by the Pass Through Trustee, as a Loan Participant, on the Closing Date, as the case may be, and the taking of the other actions contemplated to be taken hereby in each case on the Closing Date shall be deemed a waiver of the requirement of notice of the Closing Date set forth in this Section 2.4.
