Notice of Completion or Revocation. Upon the Parties’ completion of performance or revocation of this Agreement, a written statement acknowledging such completion or revocation, signed by the appropriate agents of City and Developer, shall be recorded in the Office of the Assessor/Recorder of the City and County of San Francisco, California.
