The party receiving any notice of the kind specified below which involves the Premises shall promptly give the other party notice of the receipt, contents, and date of the notice received, which shall include: a. Notice of Intent of Taking. b. Service of any legal process relating to condemnation of the Premises for improvements. c. Notice in connection with any proceedings or negotiations with respect to such a condemnation.
