Notice of CTM Equipment Tests. Tests of the CTM equipment shall be performed by the operator of the CTM equipment at least once each calendar quarter. Where LMM is operating the CTM Equipment, LMM shall give Shipper’s Operator *** notice of the time and location of any tests of the CTM equipment so that Shipper’s Operator may be present.
