Notice of Deferral. The Company shall give written notice of its election to commence or continue any Deferral Period to the Trustee and the Holders of the Debentures at least one Business Day and not more than sixty Business Days before the next Interest Payment Date. Notice of the Company’s election of a Deferral Period shall be given to the Trustee and each Holder of Debentures at such Holder’s address appearing in the Security Register by first-class mail, postage prepaid.
