Notice of Encumbrances. The Depositor shall notify the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee promptly after becoming aware of any Encumbrance on any Sold Asset conveyed by it to the Issuer other than the conveyances hereunder and under the Loan Purchase Agreement and the Indenture.

Grantor additionally agrees to notify Lender immediately in writing upon the occurrence of any default, or event that with the passage of time, failure to cure, or giving of notice, might result in a default under any of Grantor's obligations that may be secured by any presently existing or future Encumbrance, or that might result in an Encumbrance affecting the Collateral, or should any of the Collateral be seized or attached or levied upon, or threatened by seizure or attachment or levy, by any person other than Lender.
Notice of Encumbrances. Seller shall notify Purchaser promptly after becoming aware of any Encumbrance arising through or under it on any Receivable other than the Conveyances hereunder.

Grantor additionally agrees to notify Lender immediately in writing upon the occurrence of any default, or event that with the passage of time, failure to cure, or giving of notice, might result in a default under any of Grantor's obligations that may be secured by any presently existing or future Encumbrance or that might result in an Encumbrance affecting the Collateral, other than a Permitted Lien, or should any of the Collateral be seized or attached or levied upon, or threatened by seizure or attachment or levy, by any person other than Lender.

Mortgagor additionally agrees to notify Mortgagee immediately in writing, upon the occurrence of any default, or event that, with the passage of time, failure to cure, or giving of notice, might result in a default, under any of Mortgagor's obligations that may be secured by any presently existing or future Encumbrance, or that may result in an Encumbrance affecting the Collateral, or any part or parts thereof, or should the Collateral be seized or attached or levied upon, or threatened by seizure or attachment or levy, by any person other than Mortgagee, on behalf of Lenders.

ADDITIONAL ADVANCES FOR SPECIFIC PURPOSES. Mortgagee shall have the right, within Mortgagee's sole option and discretion, to make Additional Advances on Mortgagor's behalf for the following purposes:

Notice of Encumbrances. The Lessee shall promptly give notice:
(i) to any mortgagee or chargee under any general floating charge on the assets of the Lessee or under any charge over the stocks and/or machinery or plant of the Lessee or of the land or premises where the Goods are kept; and
(ii) to any landlord or owner of such premises that the Goods are the property of the Owner and upon the Lessor’s request shall promptly produce evidence to the Lessor of having so done and an acknowledgement from every such mortgagee or chargee that the Goods will not be subject to the mortgage or charge concerned.
