Common use of Notice of Errors Clause in Contracts

Notice of Errors. The Trading Advisor is responsible for promptly reviewing all oral and written confirmations it receives to determine that the Commodities trades were made in accordance with the Trading Advisor's instructions. If the Trading Advisor determines that an error was made in connection with a trade or that a trade was made other than in accordance with the Trading Advisor's instructions, the Trading Advisor shall promptly notify the Managing Owner of this fact, and shall utilize its reasonable best efforts to cause the error or discrepancy to be corrected.
