Common use of Notice of Extension of Replenishment Period Clause in Contracts

Notice of Extension of Replenishment Period. Promptly following any extension of the Replenishment Period, the Servicer shall give written notice thereof to the Trustees, the Trust Depositor, the Rating Agencies and each Swap Counterparty at the addresses described in Section 13.04 hereof.
