Common use of NOTICE OF FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

NOTICE OF FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS. (a) The Contractor shall at all times comply with all applicable FTA regulations, policies, procedures and directives, including without limitation those listed directly or by reference in Capital Metro’s Master Agreement with the FTA, as they may be amended or promulgated from time to time during the term of this Contract. The Contractor’s failure to so comply shall constitute a material breach of this Contract. (b) The Contractor is advised that Federal requirements applicable to this Contract as set forth in federal law, regulations, policies, and related administrative practices may change during the performance of this Contract. Any such changes shall also apply to this Contract and subcontracts at all tiers.
