Project Team Meetings. The Project Team will meet on a regular basis, with the schedule to be agreed upon by the Parties. The Project Team will determine its meeting locations, and whether to conduct a meeting in-person, by teleconference, or videoconference. Each Party is responsible for all out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by it in connection with its participation in meetings of the Project Team. Each Party may invite others of its permanent or temporary employees to attend and participate in relevant portions of the Project Team meeting as necessary. A Party (“Sponsoring Party”) shall notify the other Parties’ Project Leaders (defined below) in writing in the event that it wishes to invite a Third Party to attend a Project Team meeting. Any such notice shall be provided at least [**] business days prior to the relevant Project Team meeting and shall identify the relevant Third Party, and briefly describe the reasons that the Sponsoring Party wishes to include the Third Party in the meeting. The attendance and participation of such Third Party shall be subject to the prior written consent of the Parties receiving such notice (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld). Any such consent granted by a Party shall be conditioned upon the Third Party being bound by a written confidentiality and non-use agreement that is reasonably acceptable to the consenting Party. In the event that attendance of such Third Party contractor at a subsequent Project Team meeting approval shall not be required for any Third Party who was previously approved by the other Parties and remains bound by an appropriate written confidentiality and non-use agreement at the time of the Project Team meeting, provided that the Sponsoring Party gives the other Parties prior notice of such attendance and the other Parties do not revoke their consent. The Parties respective Project Leaders shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the foregoing.
Project Team Meetings. The Project Director will conduct team meetings to disseminate information and address study related issues, Omnicare CR has assumed **** monthly teleconferences at **** hours duration per call will be held to review the study status. Attendees will include the following: Sponsor team. Project Director, Clinical Trial Manager, additional functional team members may attend, as required. Attendance will be billed at the relevant daily rate plus at cost pass-through expenses. **** Certain confidential information contained in this document, marked with four asterisks, has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Rule 24b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Project Team Meetings. The Project Team weekly meetings will serve to protect the project's focus while maintaining the schedule. Meeting topics will include a discussion of current/upcoming tasks, and their assumptions, progress, and direction. Key issues or anticipated substantive and procedural issues that have the potential to affect the schedule will also be discussed. Up to forty-eight (48) Project Team meetings will be scheduled weekly.
Project Team Meetings. The Workstreams will report at the Project Team Meetings to the Project Manager. Minutes and actions will be recorded for each Project Team meeting and these will be reported to the Project Board as required. .

Project Team Meetings. The XXXX, Owner, and Architect shall meet regularly as the progress of the GMP requires, but in no case less than every two weeks, to review and agree upon the Work performed to date and to establish the controlling items of Work for the next two weeks.
Project Team Meetings. We will prepare for and participate in project team meetings occurring every two weeks. The project team includes City Staff, the Recycled Water Program Manager, and other supporting consultants.
Project Team Meetings. 1. It is recognised by the Parties hereto that a significant resource shall be required from each Party to accomplish a successful NDA APPROVAL and launch of the PRODUCT, particularly in the co-ordination of logistics, finalisation of various -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- specifications, methodologies transfer, supply and packaging configurations, shipping and handling procedures etc. Accordingly following execution of this agreement, a PROJECT TEAM shall be appointed with representation from TARGON, ELAN and CYTOGEN. TARGON shall be responsible for the planning and day to day activities of the development programmes. In the event TARGON wishes to effect any significant changes to the development programmes, it shall first inform ELAN and CYTOGEN thereof.
2. Unless both Parties agree otherwise, the PROJECT TEAM shall meet at least once each calendar quarter, whether in person or by video conference, such meetings to continue until the time of launch or some such later time thereafter as may be agreed. The PROJECT TEAM shall be chaired by a TARGON designee. The PROJECT TEAM shall review progress of the development programmes and shall report thereon to the management of TARGON, ELAN and CYTOGEN. The PROJECT TEAM shall prepare for the launch of the PRODUCT and finalising all joint preparations therefor. The PROJECT TEAM shall review the regulatory and commercialisation strategy for the PRODUCT on an ongoing basis. At and between meetings of the PROJECT TEAM, each Party shall keep the other fully and regularly informed as to its progress with its respective obligations.
3. The PROJECT TEAM shall not be empowered to alter the terms of this Agreement.
Project Team Meetings. CONSULTANT will schedule, prepare for and attend Project Team Meetings with the County to review the scope of work and project goals, schedule, task progress and issues to be addressed. Key team members will be present at each team meeting depending on items to be discussed in person at the Department of Transportation offices or as a conference call. CONSULTANT assumes a total of 1 project team meeting per 6 months in the offices of the COUNTY (Total 4). Additional meetings may be requested by the COUNTY on a time and travel basis for the CONSULTANT. Additional meetings requested by the CONSULTANT shall be considered included as a part of this agreement. Team meetings 1 per month will be held as conference calls through a service established by CONSULTANT (30-4=26 total).
Project Team Meetings. Consultant shall attend Project meetings and conference calls at the request of the Client.
