Common use of NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETINGS Clause in Contracts

NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETINGS. Subject to the provisions of the Acts allowing a general meeting to be called by shorter notice, an annual general meeting and an extraordinary general meeting for the passing of a Special Resolution shall be called by not more than 60 Clear Days’ notice and not less than 21 Clear Days’ notice and all other extraordinary general meetings shall be called by not less than 14 Clear Days’ notice.
