Notice of Imminent Threat. (a) The Operator shall notify AHS immediately upon discovery by it that Confidential Information could be, or has been, released to a third party, or that as a result of the conduct of the Operator or any third party, AHS may suffer financial damage. The Operator shall fully cooperate with AHS‟ investigation of such incident (including allowing AHS to interview the Operator‟s Staff) and AHS‟ efforts to recover the Confidential Information and shall ensure that its Authorized Representatives are aware of their obligations under this Section. Notwithstanding any notification by the Operator to AHS under this Section 14.6, all obligations of the Operator with respect to the Confidential Information shall survive and continue to bind the Operator.

  • NOTICE OF INJURIES In the event of any significant injury or damage to Tenant, Xxxxxx’s family, or Xxxxxx’s invitees, licensees, and/or guests, or any personal property, suffered in the leased premises or in any common area, written notice of same shall be provided by Tenant to Landlord at the address designated for delivery of notices (identical to address for payment of rent) as soon as possible but not later than five (5) days after said injury or damage. Failure to provide such notice shall constitute a breach of this Lease.
