Common use of Notice of Intended Procurement Clause in Contracts

Notice of Intended Procurement. For each covered procurement, except in the circumstances described in Article 52, a procuring entity shall publish a notice of intended procurement in the appropriate media listed in Appendix III of ANNEX 1 to this Agreement.
