A written notice to the Construction Contractor, by the Department accepting the Professional’s written recommendation to award the construction Bid to the lowest responsive, responsible qualified construction Bidder. The Notice of Intent to Award letter will also designate the Contract price and itemize the alternates that the Department, at its sole discretion has accepted.
