Notice of Intent to Matriculate at LECOM. The student will designate their intent to matriculate by signing the forms included with the letter confirming admission to the College of Medicine and returning them along with the non-refundable $2000.00 matriculation fee to the LECOM Office of Admissions within the timeframe specified in the admissions letter. The matriculation fee will be applied to the first year’s tuition.
