Common use of Notice of Late Payment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Late Payment. in the event of the unconditional payment to (in the case of Notes other than CMU Notes) the Agent or the Trustee or (in the case of CMU Notes) the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent or the Trustee of any sum due in respect of any of the Notes or the Coupons being made after the due date for payment thereof, immediately give notice to the Noteholders in accordance with Condition 12 that such payment has been made;
