Common use of Notice of Late Payment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Late Payment. forthwith upon request by the Bond Trustee give notice to the Bondholders (in accordance with Condition 19 (Notices)) of any unconditional payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent or the Bond Trustee of any sum due in respect of the Bonds, the Receipts or Coupons made after the due date for such payment;
