Common use of Notice of Late Payment Clause in Contracts

Notice of Late Payment. forthwith upon request by the Trustee, give notice to the ETP Securityholders of the relevant Series of ETP Securities of any unconditional payment to the Issuing and Paying Agent and/or the Registrar (as the case may be) or the Trustee of any sum due in respect of the ETP Securities of the relevant Series of ETP Securities made after the due date for such payment.
