NOTICE OF MANDATED RECALL OF LICENSED ARTICLES. Any notice received by LICENSEE, or any entity working for LICENSEE, ordering the withdrawal, discontinuance, removal or recall of any LICENSED ARTICLES from the market by a government or governmental agency, a regulatory body, court or the like shall be immediately reported to OWNER in writing.
