Any notice received by LICENSEE, or any entity working for LICENSEE, ordering the withdrawal, discontinuance, removal or recall of any LICENSED ARTICLES from the market by a government or governmental agency, a regulatory body, court or the like shall be immediately reported to OWNER in writing.
